Fit interview
Once your application is accepted, an interview will be scheduled. During this interview, we would like to get to know you better, understand your level of commitment, and appreciate your interest in the real estate sector.
Technical interview
If the fit interview is successful, you will receive a case study to complete within a 24-hour timeframe. You will then need to present your solution to some members of ImmoHEC.
Final decision
All candidates will be contacted on Sunday evening to be informed of the decision regarding their application.

Analyst - Real Estate Investment
Your role will be to work on real-world real estate investment mandates entrusted to ImmoHEC by our corporate partners. You will contribute to the analysis of investment opportunities, financial modeling, asset valuation, and the development of recommendations based on your analyses.
You will work as part of the Real Estate Investment team and receive guidance and training throughout each mandate. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge, develop your technical skills, and work on real-world challenges directly from the real estate industry.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, curious, and comfortable with numbers, with a genuine interest in real estate investment and finance. If you want to gain hands-on experience working on real mandates and further develop your skills in real estate investment, this role is for you!
Analyst - Real Estate Development
Your role will be to work on real-world real estate development mandates entrusted to ImmoHEC by our corporate partners. You will contribute to the analysis of development projects through feasibility studies, market research, financial analysis, and the evaluation of various development scenarios in order to formulate concrete recommendations.
You will work as part of the Real Estate Development team and receive guidance and training throughout each mandate. You will have the opportunity to understand the different stages of a real estate development project while developing both financial and strategic skills by working on real-world industry challenges.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and strategically minded, with a genuine interest in real estate development. If you want to work on real projects and understand how a real estate opportunity evolves from an initial idea into a viable development, this role is for you!
Analyst - Real Estate Asset Management
Your role will be to work on real-world real estate asset management mandates entrusted to ImmoHEC by our corporate partners. You will contribute to analyzing the performance of real estate assets and portfolios, developing optimization strategies, conducting financial analyses, and formulating recommendations aimed at maximizing the value and performance of properties.
You will work as part of the Real Estate Asset Management team and receive guidance and training throughout each mandate. You will have the opportunity to develop your financial and strategic analysis skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the various decisions that influence the performance of a real estate asset throughout its life cycle.
We are looking for someone who is methodical, resourceful, thoughtful, and solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in real estate asset management and performance. Analyst - Real Estate Consulting & Brokerage
Your role will be to work on real-world real estate consulting and brokerage mandates entrusted to ImmoHEC by our corporate partners. You will contribute to market analyses, the evaluation of real estate opportunities, data research and analysis, as well as the development of recommendations tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
You will work as part of the Real Estate Consulting & Brokerage team and receive guidance and training throughout each mandate. You will have the opportunity to develop your analytical, research, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to real-world challenges faced by professionals and their clients across the industry.
We are looking for someone who is versatile, resourceful, detail-oriented, and business-minded, with a strong interest in consulting, transactions, and real estate market dynamics. Director - Finance
Your role will be to oversee ImmoHEC’s financial management and contribute to the association’s overall financial health. You will be involved in budget monitoring, managing revenues and expenses, invoicing our partners, and overseeing the financial aspects of our various events and projects.
You will work closely with ImmoHEC’s VP Finance. You will also receive training on the tools and processes necessary to ensure the association’s finances are managed rigorously and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers. If you want to develop your financial management skills while playing an essential role in ImmoHEC’s operations, this position is for you!
Director - Corporate Relations
Your role will be to contribute to the development and management of ImmoHEC’s corporate relations. You will actively participate in the association’s capital raising efforts, particularly by identifying and acquiring new partners, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing partners.
You will work closely with the rest of the Corporate Relations team to develop long-term partnerships with companies and professionals across the real estate industry. You will also contribute to fulfilling partnership agreements and creating value for our partners throughout the year.
We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, organized, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills. If you want to develop your skills in capital raising, negotiation, and business development while building your network within the industry, this role is for you!
Director - Events
Your role will be to contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of ImmoHEC’s various events. You will notably take part in the Next Generation Real Estate Forum – the largest university real estate event in the country (+400 participants), the Canadian Real Estate Games – the largest university real estate competition in the country (+50 teams), as well as the Alumni Cocktail, the ImmoHEC Grand Gala, and several other events.
You will work closely with the rest of the Events team and contribute to every stage of the organization process, including planning, logistics, coordination with various stakeholders, and on-site operations on the day of each event.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to effectively manage stress, unexpected situations, and deadlines. If you want to contribute to the creation of large-scale events while developing your skills in project and event management, this role is for you!
Director - Marketing
Your role will be to contribute to the development of ImmoHEC’s brand image and visibility. You will participate in the creation and implementation of the association’s various marketing campaigns, the promotion of our events and initiatives, as well as the creation of content for our different platforms.
You will work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to develop creative and effective strategies while ensuring a consistent and professional brand image across all of ImmoHEC’s communications.
We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, independent, and detail-oriented, with an interest in marketing, communications, and content creation. If you want to put your creativity to work and directly contribute to ImmoHEC’s visibility and growth, this role is for you!
Analyst - Real Estate Consulting
Your mission will be to support and advise a real estate company. This sector offers a wide variety of activities, encompassing business strategy, data analysis, investment advice, and financing. Members of this sector thus acquire a diverse range of skills and knowledge in the real estate field.
The presentation will take place in the presence of the partner company and ImmoHEC members. A written report will also be required. You will work closely with industry partners, who will help you develop new skills.
In addition, you will benefit from several training courses throughout the year to enrich your real estate knowledge and skills.
If you are drawn to working with data and analysis, and wish to acquire in-depth expertise in real estate, this position will perfectly meet your expectations.
Analyst - Asset Management
Your mission will be to prepare a presentation on a real estate optimization case study for each session, in collaboration with a partner company. The cases covered may include strategies for acquiring, financing, disposing of, or valuing assets.
This presentation will take place in the presence of the partner company and ImmoHEC members, and will be accompanied by a detailed report. You will work closely with the Partners to complete the mandate and the report.
Throughout the year, you will attend training courses to strengthen your real estate knowledge.

Partner - Asset Management
Your role will be to give a presentation each session with your sector on an asset management case study powered by a partner company. Real estate asset management involves optimizing an existing portfolio or property.
This presentation will take place in the presence of the partner company and other ImmoHEC members. In addition to the presentation, the Asset Management department will be required to write a report on this case study.
Your responsibility will be to assist in the skills development of analysts. Finally, you will participate in several training courses throughout the year to develop your real estate knowledge and skills.
