The Canadian Real Estate Games are the country's largest bilingual real estate competition, bringing together 50 university teams to tackle real-world development and real estate investment case challenges. With over $50,000 in prizes and a rigorous evaluation process led by industry professionals, the Games help develop the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of commercial real estate.

Judges
Form a team of 3 or 4 participants and choose your challenge: a real estate development case or a real estate investment case. One week before the competition, your team will receive a real-world case to analyze and solve. On the day of the event in Montréal, you will present your recommendations to a panel of industry leaders. Participation is limited to 25 teams per case, for a total of 50 teams. Be sure to secure your spot before registration fills up.
On the day of the event, teams will present their solution in person in Montréal before an initial panel of industry professionals. Each case is divided into five divisions of five teams, with the top team from each division advancing to the Grand Final. The five finalist teams in each case will then have the opportunity to present their recommendation a second time, this time before a panel of some of Canada's most influential real estate leaders, for a chance to earn first, second, or third place in their respective category.
Beyond the competition itself, the Canadian Real Estate Games offer a unique opportunity to expand your professional network. During the event, a dedicated networking session will allow you to connect directly with our many industry partners at their booths, explore career opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with professionals from across the real estate sector. To ensure you can make the most of the experience, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

The 2027 Canadian Real Estate Games will award over $50,000 in prizes to recognize outstanding achievement. Scholarships and awards will be presented to the top-performing teams as well as to individuals who distinguish themselves through their performance, leadership, and contribution to the next generation of real estate professionals, including women who are shaping the future of the industry.

Canada’s largest real estate competition reached a new milestone with the 2026 Quebec Real Estate Games. This edition brought together the next generation of real estate professionals in a unique competition, giving participants the opportunity to push their limits, sharpen their strategic thinking, and build meaningful connections with key industry leaders. Building on the success of this edition, the event continued to expand and became the Canadian Real Estate Games in 2027, now welcoming teams from across the country.

Ce secteur vise l’optimisation des portefeuilles
immobiliers à travers des stratégies financières, des mécanismes de financement d’actifs et l’intégration de critères ESG. Les membres y apprennent à maximiser la valeur à long terme des actifs tout en assurant leur alignement stratégique et durable.
Conseils & Courtage
Axé sur les recommandations stratégiques et
l’analyse de projets immobiliers, ce secteur touche au repositionnement de portefeuilles, à l’étude de marché et à l’identification de tendances sectorielles. Il combine des approches de conseil personnalisé, de stratégie d’implantationet d’accompagnement décisionnel, tant pour des transactions que pour des mandats complexes.
